My core approaches:

My work is personalized and dynamic. I am trained in a broad range of modalities and evidence-based approaches. The following are what I pull from most often:

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • An attachment-based approach used to understand how we show up in the world by exploring the different “parts” of ourselves that take on various roles within our psyche. The goal is to create a secure internal attachment to better align with values and cultivate self compassion.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an approach grounded in attachment theory that helps couples move from disconnection and conflict to emotional closeness and resilience. Rather than focusing on surface level disagreements and problem-solving, EFT fosters deeper understanding, safety, and connection in relationships.

Brainspotting (BSP)

  • A powerful trauma processing modality that accelerates the healing process by bypassing the “cognitive mind” to access the subcortical brain— where trauma is stored. This is a mind-body approach for gaining awareness and control over how we respond, decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression and tapping into internal resources to regulate the nervous system. BSP is effective for treating psychological and physical pain from trauma.
